  • This is for the rental of the space/equipment only.
  • It does not include a photographer/creator.

Photographers/Creators


  • Minimum of 3 days notice is required for the space and 4 hours' notice for rental of equipment.
  • Must be out of studio by the end of your reservation time.
  • Leave the studio how you found it.
  • No flames or fog allowed
  • No water/liquid in studio areas (there is a small shower available if needed)


What's included:

  1. Rental of just the space
  2. the studio space
  3. non-paper backdrops/backgrounds available at time of rental*
  4. non-paper backdrops that are currently available click here
  5. ADD-ON Options
  6. Assistant - select total number of hours needed. This is not for photography services.
  7. Lighting, Lighting equipment and Paper Backdrops. To see list of available equipment and to reserve it go HERE.


Equipment to be used inside the studio only.  

  • NO EQUIPMENT is to be taken from the studio's premises. 
  • By removing equipment from the studio, it will be assumed that you want to purchase the equipment AT ORIGINAL COST of purchaser.  


How to

  1. Select the number of hours you'd like to rent the studio space.
  2. After you make your selection, you will have the option to add-on
  3. an assistant for the total number of hours needed
  4. lighting, lighting gear and paper backdrops (this is for the entire reservation time)
  5. fill out forms
  6. submit 50% deposit
